Description

A refreshing dessert that combines layers of creamy mascarpone, tart raspberries, and coffee-soaked ladyfingers, perfect for spring gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Mascarpone Cheese
  • Ladyfingers
  • Espresso or Strong Coffee
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and brew 1 cup of espresso or strong coffee; allow it to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Briefly dip ladyfingers in the cooled coffee and layer them in a dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by half of the raspberries.
  6. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, remaining mascarpone, top with raspberries, and dust with cocoa powder.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
