Ingredients

  • Fettuccine or linguine
  • Boneless chicken breast
  • Fresh jalapeños
  • Cream cheese
  • Garlic cloves
  • Chicken broth
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine or linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sliced jalapeños; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Lower heat and add cream cheese and chicken broth; stir until smooth, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce with sour cream and grated Parmesan; mix well to coat all noodles.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
