Instructions
- Chop the beef chuck roast into bite-sized pieces.
- Rinse baby potatoes and leave whole for cooking.

- Transfer garlic to a slow cooker; add beef chunks, baby potatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
