  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
