Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 crusty bread rolls (like sourdough or ciabatta)
  • 8 oz spaghetti (regular or whole wheat)
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  3. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with garlic, stirring in more olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Fill each hollowed bread bowl generously with the spaghetti mixture.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Garnish with parsley before serving.
