Description

Reuben Sliders are the ultimate game day treat, combining layers of savory corned beef, creamy Swiss cheese, and tangy sauerkraut all nestled in soft slider buns.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 12 slider buns
  • ½ cup Russian dressing
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut slider buns in half horizontally and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread Russian dressing on the bottom half of each bun. Layer with corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.
  4. Place the top half of the buns over the fillings and brush melted butter on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
