  • 1 cup coconut flakes (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Fold in coconut flakes, nuts, and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes until set but soft in the center.
