Ingredients
- Ribeye Steak (1-inch thick)
- Fresh Garlic (3 cloves)
- Unsalted Butter (4 tablespoons)
- Fresh Herbs (thyme or rosemary)
- Salt & Pepper
- Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Mince garlic and chop herbs; set aside.
- Season both sides of the ribeye steak generously with salt and pepper. Let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
