Garlic Butter Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells are a comforting and indulgent dish that brings together jumbo pasta shells filled with creamy, garlicky Alfredo sauce and tender chicken.   • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside on a greased baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter and cook diced chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, stirring while bringing it to a gentle simmer before adding Parmesan cheese.
  4. Fill each pasta shell generously with the chicken Alfredo mixture. Place them seam-side up in a prepared baking dish.
  5. Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle extra Parmesan on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or additional cheese if desired.
