Description

Coffee Caramel Cheesecake Bars are a luscious treat combining rich coffee flavor with creamy caramel, perfect for any gathering or a sweet indulgence at home.


Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Unsalted butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Granulated sugar
  • Eggs
  • Coffee extract
  • Caramel sauce
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in granulated sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then incorporate coffee extract.
