  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella across the surface and add dollops of ricotta.
  5. Crumble gorgonzola over the top and generously add grated parmesan.
  6. Drizzle olive oil around the crust edges and sprinkle Italian seasoning over the pizza.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
