- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in the sugar until creamy.

- Spread half of the chocolate crust mixture in the prepared pan, layer the raspberry filling on top, then dollop remaining crust over it.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are set but center remains soft. Let cool before slicing.
