Description

Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, flavor-packed dish featuring spicy shrimp and tender steak over fettuccine, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Medium shrimp (deveined)
  • Sirloin steak
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Heavy cream
  • Fresh garlic
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Season and sear the sirloin steak for 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add more butter if needed, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add Cajun-seasoned shrimp. Cook until pink and opaque (3-4 minutes).
  4. Pour in heavy cream and whisk in grated parmesan until smooth (2-3 minutes).
  5. Slice the steak against the grain and combine it with the fettuccine in the skillet, tossing gently to coat in sauce.
  6. Stir in chopped parsley before serving hot with extra parmesan if desired.
