  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.

  3. In another bowl, combine grated carrots, eggs, and condensed milk until smooth.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
