  3. Add onions and bell peppers; cook for an additional 5 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, cumin, and paprika; cook for another minute.
  5. Create four wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well. Cook until egg whites are set but yolks remain runny, about 5-6 minutes.
