Description

Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil (canola preferred)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry the nuggets in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
