- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil (canola preferred)
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the nuggets in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
