- 16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- ¾ cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in half of the blackberries into the filling.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Top with remaining blackberries.
- Chill in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
