Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onion until translucent. Add ground beef, cumin, and chili powder; cook until browned.
- Warm tortillas in another skillet until pliable.
- Spoon meat mixture and cheese onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour red sauce over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
