Description

Lobster rolls are a mouthwatering seafood delight, featuring tender lobster meat enveloped in buttery, toasted buns. Perfect for summer gatherings or cozy dinners at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 4 New England-style hot dog buns
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (chives or dill) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook lobsters in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until bright red, then cool and extract the meat.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and toast hot dog buns until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, mix together lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
  4. Generously fill toasted buns with the lobster mixture and garnish as desired.
