Description

Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Spread the egg mixture on each slice of bread, sprinkle with additional cinnamon and sugar, then roll tightly.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook roll-ups seam side down for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
