  • 1 pound lean ground meat (beef or turkey)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the bell peppers by cutting off the tops and removing seeds.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add ground meat; cook until browned.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, cumin, and paprika until well combined.
  5. Stuff each pepper with the mixture until filled.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
