Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, nuts, dried fruits, salt, and any seeds until evenly combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey and vanilla extract. Pour over the dry mixture and stir until well coated.
