  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  4. Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
  5. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then carefully fold it into the chocolate mixture.
