Description

Cucumber & Yogurt Dip (Tzatziki) is a refreshing Mediterranean treat that combines creamy yogurt and crisp cucumbers, perfect for dipping or as a zesty sauce with grilled meats.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cucumbers, grated
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and grate them finely.
  2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated cucumbers.
