- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)
- 5.2 oz Boursin cheese (garlic & fine herbs)
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and stir in Boursin cheese until melted and creamy.
- Drain the cooked pasta (reserve some cooking water) and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Gradually mix in reserved water to achieve desired consistency.
- Stir in freshly grated Parmesan and black pepper to taste. Mix well until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
