Creamy Boursin cheese pasta is a quick, indulgent dish that elevates weeknight dinners with its rich flavors and comforting texture. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • 5.2 oz Boursin cheese (garlic & fine herbs)
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
  3. Lower the heat and stir in Boursin cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Drain the cooked pasta (reserve some cooking water) and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Gradually mix in reserved water to achieve desired consistency.
  5. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan and black pepper to taste. Mix well until evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
