Chicken Caesar Salad (halal) is a mouthwatering blend of juicy grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, and creamy dressing. Perfect for any meal, this salad brings flavor and satisfaction in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh romaine lettuce
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons
  • Caesar dressing
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cooking for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly.
  3. For homemade croutons, cube bread, toss with olive oil and garlic powder, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
  4. Once the chicken has cooled slightly, slice it into strips.
  5. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, croutons, and grated Parmesan.
  6. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad mix and toss gently to coat.
  7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
