- Fresh romaine lettuce
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Croutons
- Caesar dressing

Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cooking for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly.
- For homemade croutons, cube bread, toss with olive oil and garlic powder, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
- Once the chicken has cooled slightly, slice it into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, croutons, and grated Parmesan.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad mix and toss gently to coat.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
